on your birthday

hi, welcome to my card share for today.

a lovely, cute, pastel coloured, girlie birthday card using and image that was coloured quite sometime ago. the stamp is by Stampingbella.

i am still going through a stop start crafting spert were i have days when i struggle to be creative and when i do manage to think past all the negatives i do tend to surprise myself with adorable greetings cards. i do often think that i'm not the only one though.

for my card i have created a split front card, used some of my many designer papers that like most crafters are reluctant to use (lol).

colours used:

skin: vintage photo, tattered lace

hair: walnut stain, antique linen

dress: twisted citroen, worn lipstick, spun sugar 

ballons: spun sugar, twisted citroen and squeezed lemonade

and my supplies:

fade resistant dye ink: memento - expresso truffle

Tim Holtz:  distress ink

Fabriano 5 - water colour paper

6" x 6" base card

papers: white card, designer papers by lili of the valley

dies: tonic & LDRS    

rubber stamp: Stampingbella tiny townie: Blossom loves balloons & lotv sentiments

embellishments: satin ribbon & grosgrain ribbon
