to a special little girl

good morning crafters welcome to my share for today.
a simple 3d effect birthday card for a little girl.
my colouring medium is with distress ink and various glitter pens.

my card:


i have stamped, coloured and carefully fussy cut out my image and then i have stamped my image again and coloured her with a neutral colour. i have die cut and fussy cut around the wings to give me a sturdy base for the image.



a couple of close ups sadly the sparkle doesn't show through.

Here's what I have used to create my card:
stamp:  tiny townie blanche the butterfly, sentiments: lili of the valley 
Papers/card: white 7x5" card base, fabriano water colour paper, designer paper: lotv (old stash)
dies: ldrs gilded ovals & spellbinder
ribbon: pink satin


Colouring medium:
ink - memento: espresso truffle
distress ink: vintage photo, tattered rose, aged mahogany, spun sugar, walnut stain, twisted citron, antique linen

baby girl

good morning crafters
happy Sunday
I hope you are all enjoying the weekend and you are managing to be a little crafty.
me: i will be doing a little more pencil colouring practice. lol
Today I have a baby girl card to share using an adorable digi stamp from
Lili of the valley:
Clouds
The image is so scummy and I have chosen to keep my card fairly simple.

My card:


I have to admit i'm still a novice with adding sequins to my card they are so fiddly.
Colouring medium today is with prismacolor pencils.
I love all the super cute/cuddly soft toy animals squeezed into the basket.

stamp:  clouds (digi): lili of the valley, sentiments: lili of the valley 
Papers/card: white 6"x6" card base, strathmore 400 series pencil paper, designer paper: first edition.
dies: spellbinder
ribbon: pink satin & pink teddies
embellishment: pink & posh sequins
distress ink: spun sugar

Colouring medium:
ink - memento: espresso truffle
prismacolor pencils: burnt ochre, eggshell, peach, pale peach, pink, deco pink, white, sand, french grey 10% 20% 30% 50% and 70%

birthday card

Hi Everyone.
I hope all is good with you and happy Saturday.

Today i'm sharing another blue inspired card and i chosen to do a simple matt and layered card using a super cute image from: lili of the valley and today i have used: pom pom. colouring medium on my image is with distress ink, sakura and atyou glitter pen's, I love a little sparkle.

I have to thank the lovely Fleur Pearson for her recent craft stash sale, but for her I would not have this adorable image in rubber. Thanks again Fleur.




For my card I have used:
stamps: lili of the valley, image: Pom Pom, sentiments: lili of the valley
Papers: 7x7" white card base, designer paper: lemon craft, white card, fabriano5 water colour card.
embellishments: butterfly die (mag freebie), dohicky heart die, gossamer ribbon, paper flowers from my stash, blue sparkles (docrafts)
ink: memento espresso truffle.
Distress ink: vintage photo, tattered rose, aged mahogany, broken china, salty ocean, mermaid lagoon, dusty concord, mowed lawn.

hope your day is magical

Hi and welcome to my share for today.
I have created a birthday card using a recently purchased stamp that I have been trawling the internet for ages and yay i found her in scotland. although I have her in digi format I needed her in rubber so that I could use my distress ink and water colour card stock.
and now i have finally completed all three images from kit and clowder's whimsical classes. yay

here's my card


I am so pleased at how this has turned out I can't wait to colour her again.

happy birthday


good morning crafty friends just popping in with my share for today.
A birthday card using one of my many bellas, this is:

and my colouring medium is with prismacolor pencils.

i was a little out of my comfort zone on this one as after colouring my image i realised i didn't have a clue how to decorate my card so i have kept it fairly simple with beach themed/summer papers and a few embellishments from Dies to Die for (pretty pink and posh).
