birthday wishes

good morning crafters and welcome to my share for today.

I'm on another Bella fest and over the next few day's/weeks I plan to have coloured all twelve images up to share with you.
I have already started by sharing a couple of projects using Aries colouring her with pencils and then another with distress ink as she was the first stamp I picked up.
The images are just fabulous, the artist over in Bella land are so clever and I hope I do their images justice.
todays share is Aquarius and I have gone all pastel with my colour choice.
I have also decided to use a different card size rather than my norm: 6x6" or 7x7" card base and I am really pleased with my completed project.

happy birthday

good morning crafters and welcome to today's share
a chic girlie birthday card using Aries again from Stampingbella and I have to thank the lovely Tracy over at dies to die for here in the uk for stocking these cuties.
for my card:
I have stamped and coloured my image with distress ink (my fav medium by far)
and I have kept my colour pallet simple. I just love how she has turned out.

below is a close-up of the image.

I have to thank Alyce over at kit and clowder for her super classes and projects classes. without those lessons my images would just be one-dimensional.

I really really need to sort out my photography and make a proper photo box to showcase my projects crafters. it looks like I will be trawling Pinterest or something for ideas lol.

card details:
7x7" white card base
ivory shimmer card
pink glitter paper (winter wishes first edition)
stamps:
Stampingbella
lili of the valley (sentiments)
dies:
spellbinder
embellishments:
wild orchid crafts
sakura glitter pens

all it leaves me to say now is:

have a fabulous birthday

good morning crafters and welcome to today's share

a simple cas style card that involved a little paper piecing with my image.
I would have normally added 3d foam pads and raised the image but sadly I couldn't.
ah well back to the details:
I have coloured my image with my prismacolor pencils using the colours from the June monthly colouring class over at kit and clowder
my image is one of the new uptown Zodiac girls: Aries by Stampingbella
I managed to pick up all twelve from dies to die for
and the pencil colours I have used for the dress are delicious.

on making my 15x15cm card:
I have done a little matting and layering using up some old paper from my stash. I have cut out a 13x13cm square (white card) and stamped my image to the right and then added my sentiments.
my coloured image has been stamped on Strathmore coloured pencil paper, coloured and then I have fussy cut my image carefully and the fixed into place over the blank stamped image on my white card and finished off by using a square die and made a frame using some grey shimmer card.

join me again soon for my next project

all it leaves me to say now is:
have a lovely day, enjoy and craft happy. Ann

trio of Daughter Christmas cards

good morning crafters and welcome to my share for today.
with very little mojo
I managed to make three cards in between Christmas and new year using some of my new Stampingbella stash: the cute tiny townie collection.

As I mentioned in my last post i had been unwell I really had to forced myself to at least try to do a little crafting and these three cards are my completed efforts.

I feel i have a little shabby theme going on as you can see from the colour choices and the edges of my backing papers. My images have all been painted with distress ink to complete my theme.

happy new year and happy new stamp stash

happy new year everyone
I hope you all have had an enjoyable festive season
and creativity has been good for you all.

Sadly for me it was lacking as I ended up suffering with a nasty bout of sinusitis
and laryngitis and it left me not wanting to do a jot of crafting but I did manage to complete my granddaughter's cute rag doll for Christmas.

Ah well as the nastiness has all but left me I am slowly getting my mojo back and doing a little crafting here and there and I have been cheered up with a new stamp stash from Stampingbella.
I even managed to win a gift voucher from the last Bella release and my goodies arrived a couple of weeks ago and to add to them I picked up the ever so gorgeous Zodiac bella's to from the lovely Tracy over at dies to die for

here are some of my new goodies

so hopefully over the next few days/weeks I will have some projects to share
all it leaves me to say now is:
happy new year, thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day and craft happy, Ann.
