kitty a waldorf inspired doll

 good morning crafters

sharing a recently completed waldorf inspired doll whom i have named
Kitty

kitty has been created in homage to one of my Aunties who always made sure when you called there was a warm welcome with tea & buscuits on offer. i imagined Aunty Kit had long dark hair as a child and would have been dressed in a dress & pinafore.
Kitty's body has been knitted using one of MJT's tearoom doll patterns and her head is a needled felted fabric head.

as always i need to give a shout out to those that inspire me on these projects:
North coast dolls
mary jane tearoom dolls
lalia dolls
dear little doll
to name a few.

supplies come from a variety of sources:
little oke dolls
the knitters attic

here's a list of goodies used:

face fabric: de-witte - doll jersey - little oke dolls
knitted body:
arms: toft - fine yarn- oatmeal
socks & body: west yorkshire spinners - 4ply
knickers & shoes: eden cottage - 4ply catnip
