popping in with a new natural fibre art doll.
good evening crafters
after not being in the mood to craft especially card making i have found myself again making a new doll.
this is: Tallulah
complete with a two tone pink wig
Tallulah face has been created by making a tennis ball shaped head base that has been needled felted to create facial features:
cheeks, nose, eye line and mouth
i have to admit after several attempts i cannot at this stage complete a needle felted face as inspired by:
north coast dolls, fig & me and dear little doll.
what i have created has surpassed most of my expectations and i will continue to learn and grow.
small list of materials used (including some links)
pattern for the dress is from: Mary Janes Tearoom
eden cottage yarn for her dress, rowan kidsilk haze for her cardigan
and other items:
wig: brushable mohair, head fabric Little oke dolls
DMC: embroidary thread
bees wax crayon
thanks for stopping by, enjoy your evening
and craft happy. Ann
