one of many knitted small dolls

good morning crafters popping in today with a little knitted project.
for this little cutie i have used one of my patterns from Mary Jane's tearoom (little yarn dolly).
i have chosen to use finer wool, smaller needles and i have added hair and adapted the body parts to suit (arms and body have been knitted in peach skin tone).

my doll:

i have used brushable mohair wool for the hair and as you may notice the pony tail hasn't been brush. (maybe i'll be brave enough to brush the hair on my next one lol).
the doll is approximately 11 1/2" tall.

here is my list of products used:

patterns: mary jane's tearooms - little yarn dolly, tearoom dresses and a cindy rice design - cardigan
knitting needles: 2.25mm
wool: doll body, arms and tops of legs - jamiesons spindrift- peach
doll hair - brushable mohair - little oke dolls
dress, cardigan, shoes, knickers and socks: west yorkshire spinners signature 4ply
features: dmc embroidary floss - eyes & lips, bees wax crayon - cheeks
small buttons & pink satin ribbon.
stuffing: highloft 100% polyester

the patterns are quick and easy to follow from mary janes but i did struggle a little with the cindy rice pattern.
the project took me just over three days to complete.

all it leaves to say now is:
join me again soon for my next crafty project,
thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day and craft happy. Ann
