Oscar, waldorf inspired doll

 good morning and hi

popping in this morning to share a new waldorf/maryjane inspired handmade male doll
i have to admit i've not been motivated to make/complete some of the projects i've been working but i have managed to finish this little chappie.
i'd like to introduce Oscar (just love the name) a 11" fabric/knitted waldorf inspired doll:

originally he had a different coloured outfit

and i think i should have taken a photo of his blonde curly wig (next time)

his face is fairly masculine even with a little blush, and large brown embroidered eyes.

his shorts, jumper, bob hat, socks, shoes and underpants are 4ply sock yarn WYS & king cole
his knitted skin tone is toft fine (oatmeal), his fabric face is de-witte engel knitted jersey and he has been stuffed with natural wool stuffing

small list of materials used (including links)
pattern for the body is from: Mary Janes Tearoom
yarns used for his body, jumper, shoes, underpants and shorts are from:
and other items:
wig: large loop mohair Little oke dolls

thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day
and craft happy. Ann

happy birthday brother

 evening crafters.

popping in to share a personal birthday card this evening.
a simple matt and layered card using one of my trusty lili of the valley images and i have used my distress ink as my colouring medium.

i haven't listed all the colours i have used as it was a bit of a rush card (i do tend to be on the last minute lol).
in no particular order i have used:
vintage photo, tattered rose, pumice stone, antique linen, faded jeans, walnut stain, old paper
7x7 blank card base
langton hot pressed paper
designer paper from: tim holtz & lili of the valley.
white card
a sentiment die from my stash

all it leaves me to say now is:
thanks for stopping by enjoy your evening.

and craft happy. Ann x
